the major focus is on the slice that got isolated from the general society , which means the people treated as they are criminals , that means according to the application there isn't any  separation between rapers, murderers or people who lies consistently that means the relations between the outside is negative and the architecture need to create an environment that wont lean on it surroundings and have the option to spread as the community grows, that system conflict and breaks down the theory of globalization which well talk about in the chapter "age of information".

an interesting  architecture that have the same character is the ant colony.

the ants that trying to avoid other insects that can harm them , simply creating an tunnel base field which can expend under ground as the colony grow .in the first step a a flying ants who caring eggs searching for a potential place to settel .when they finds one, they dig the main tunnel which connecting between the out side and the first food storage and lay their eggs in a chamber beside the main root. when the new ants are born , they're divided to 4 groups-

 

birth givers that most of there work is to expend the population and feed the eggs.
food searchers which spotting food and the safest way there and guiding the collectors by release Pheromones through the way .

outdoor collectors who collects food and materials to expend the nest.  

broad workers who basically expend the nest routes and chambers, and removing sand outside the nest
